أكد المتحدث باسم رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين عمر بترجي أن الرابطة تعمل وفق معايير وإجراءات واضحة في عدد من الملفات المرتبطة بالموسم الرياضي، وفي مقدمتها جدولة مباريات الدوري، وتنمية الحضور الجماهيري، وإجراءات التعاقدات والرقابة المالية على الأندية، إلى جانب تطوير الكفاءات السعودية وتنمية الإيرادات المركزية.
وأوضح بترجي أن جدول الدوري السعودي للمحترفين لموسم 2026-2027 تم بناؤه وفق معايير معلنة، مشيرًا إلى أن الموسم القادم يعد من أكثر المواسم تعقيدًا من ناحية الروزنامة، في ظل تعدد العوامل والاعتبارات التي تدخل في عملية جدولة المباريات.
وأشار إلى أن نجاح الدوري لا يقتصر على ما يحدث داخل أرضية الملعب، وإنما يمتد إلى توسيع القاعدة الجماهيرية وتعزيز ارتباط المشجعين بالمسابقة والأندية.
وكشف بترجي إطلاق 4 مبادرات خلال الموسم لتنمية وتعزيز الحضور الجماهيري، تشمل الحملات الترويجية للمباريات، واستراتيجية دعم الأندية، ومبادرة تنمية القاعدة الجماهيرية، ومبادرة «مشجع الجولة».
وفي ملف التعاقدات، أكد بترجي أنه لا يوجد أي تأخير في الردود أو الإجراءات من فريق لجنة الاستقطابات في ما يتعلق بتعاقدات الأندية، موضحًا أن الاختلاف الذي قد يحدث يرتبط بتقييم اللاعبين المراد التعاقد معهم، وليس بتأخر الإجراءات.
وشدد على أن أي رد لا يتجاوز المهلة الزمنية المنصوص عليها في دليل الإجراءات، نافيًا وجود تأخير من جانب الفريق المعني في التعامل مع طلبات الأندية.
وفي ما يتعلق بالرقابة المالية، أوضح بترجي أن المعلومات المالية المتعلقة بالأندية تعد معلومات حساسة، وأن الرابطة تحرص على حماية خصوصية النادي وعدم الكشف عن تفاصيله المالية.
وردًا على تساؤل حول كيفية تمكن نادي النصر من التعاقد مع لاعبين في ظل وجود ديون والتزامات مالية، أوضح بترجي أن السماح بالتعاقد يرتبط بقدرة النادي على إثبات سلامة وضعه المالي والتزاماته وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
وقال: «في حال أثبتت الأندية، من خلال المستندات التي توضح جدول الالتزامات، عدم وجود أي فجوة مالية في أي التزام، فإنه يسمح لها بالتعاقد مع اللاعبين، مع تقديم ضمانات لهذا التعاقد».
وأضاف أن هذا الأمر ينطبق على أي نادٍ، سواء النصر أو غيره؛ إذ إن النادي الذي يثبت من خلال المستندات عدم وجود فجوة في المداخيل، أو امتلاكه خططًا علاجية تبعده عن الديون وتعالج التزاماته، يسمح له بإبرام التعاقدات وفق الضوابط المعتمدة.
وأكد أن هذه الآلية تطبق وفق الإجراءات والضوابط المنظمة، بما يضمن التعامل مع الالتزامات المالية للأندية، وفي الوقت ذاته تنظيم قدرتها على إبرام تعاقدات جديدة، مع تقديم الضمانات اللازمة.
وعلى الصعيد الإداري، أوضح بترجي أن الرابطة عملت على تنمية وتطوير الموظفين السعوديين في مختلف إداراتها وأقسامها، مؤكدًا استمرار العمل على تعزيز السعودة والاستفادة من الكفاءات الوطنية، إلى جانب الاستعانة ببعض الخبرات الأجنبية المتخصصة عند الحاجة.
وفي الجانب التجاري، كشف بترجي أن الإيرادات المركزية التي توزع على الأندية ارتفعت بنسبة 115% خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية، في مؤشر على نمو العوائد التي تحققها الرابطة وتعود على الأندية.
وأوضح أن 82% من إيرادات الرابطة يتم توزيعها على الأندية، فيما يخصص الجزء المتبقي لتغطية الأمور والمتطلبات التشغيلية للرابطة.
وفي ما يتعلق بالتصوير من مدرجات الملاعب، أكد بترجي أن التصوير مسموح لجميع من يملك تذكرة في المدرجات، كما أن النشر مسموح أيضًا.
وأشار في الوقت ذاته إلى أن الرابطة تستهدف الوصول إلى تغطية منظمة تحاكي التغطية التي يقدمها الناقل، بما يواكب تطور المسابقة ويعزز جودة المحتوى والتغطية المرتبطة بمباريات الدوري السعودي للمحترفين.
The spokesperson for the Saudi Professional League Association, Omar Batarji, confirmed that the association operates according to clear standards and procedures in several areas related to the sports season, primarily the scheduling of league matches, enhancing fan attendance, contract procedures, and financial oversight of clubs, in addition to developing Saudi competencies and increasing central revenues.
Batarji explained that the schedule for the Saudi Professional League for the 2026-2027 season was built according to announced criteria, noting that the upcoming season is one of the most complex in terms of the calendar, given the multiple factors and considerations involved in the match scheduling process.
He pointed out that the success of the league is not limited to what happens on the pitch, but extends to expanding the fan base and strengthening the connection between fans and the competition and clubs.
Batarji revealed the launch of four initiatives during the season to develop and enhance fan attendance, which include promotional campaigns for matches, a strategy to support clubs, an initiative to develop the fan base, and the “Fan of the Round” initiative.
Regarding contracts, Batarji confirmed that there are no delays in responses or procedures from the recruitment committee regarding club contracts, explaining that any differences that may arise are related to the evaluation of players intended for contracts, not delays in procedures.
He emphasized that any response does not exceed the time frame stipulated in the procedural guide, denying any delays on the part of the relevant team in dealing with club requests.
Concerning financial oversight, Batarji clarified that financial information related to clubs is sensitive information, and the association is keen to protect the club’s privacy and not disclose its financial details.
In response to a question about how Al-Nassr Club was able to contract players despite having debts and financial obligations, Batarji explained that the allowance for contracting is linked to the club’s ability to prove the soundness of its financial position and obligations according to the approved procedures.
He said: “If clubs demonstrate, through documents that clarify the schedule of obligations, that there is no financial gap in any obligation, they are allowed to contract with players, with guarantees for this contract.”
He added that this applies to any club, whether Al-Nassr or others; as the club that proves through documents that there is no gap in revenues, or has remedial plans that keep it away from debts and address its obligations, is allowed to enter into contracts according to the approved regulations.
Batarji confirmed that this mechanism is applied according to the organized procedures and regulations, ensuring the handling of clubs’ financial obligations while also regulating their ability to enter into new contracts, with the necessary guarantees provided.
On the administrative front, Batarji explained that the association has worked on developing and enhancing Saudi employees in its various departments and sections, emphasizing the continued effort to promote Saudization and benefit from national competencies, in addition to utilizing some specialized foreign expertise when needed.
In the commercial aspect, Batarji revealed that the central revenues distributed to clubs have increased by 115% over the past three years, indicating growth in the returns achieved by the association that benefit the clubs.
He explained that 82% of the association’s revenues are distributed to the clubs, while the remaining portion is allocated to cover the operational matters and requirements of the association.
Regarding photography from the stands, Batarji confirmed that photography is allowed for anyone holding a ticket in the stands, and publication is also permitted.
At the same time, he noted that the association aims to achieve organized coverage that mirrors the coverage provided by the broadcaster, in line with the development of the competition and enhancing the quality of content and coverage related to the matches of the Saudi Professional League.
