أعلنت سبع دول في تحالف «أوبك بلس» اليوم (الأحد)، الاتفاق على الإبقاء على سياسة الإنتاج دون تغيير لشهر أكتوبر القادم، وذلك بعد ست زيادات شهرية متتالية، استكمل خلالها التحالف التراجع عن تخفيضات طوعية سابقة بلغت 1.65 مليون برميل يومياً.
وأكدت الدول السبع، ممثلة في المملكة العربية السعودية وروسيا والعراق والكويت وكازاخستان والجزائر وسلطنة عُمان، التزامها باستقرار سوق النفط، ومواصلة التنسيق بما يدعم توازن السوق.
وأوضح بيان صحفي صادر عن منظمة «أوبك» أن الدول السبع قررت «الإبقاء على مستوى الإنتاج المطلوب لشهر سبتمبر 2026 لشهر أكتوبر 2026».
وجددت الدول التزامها الجماعي بتحقيق الامتثال الكامل لإعلان التعاون، مؤكدة مواصلة عقد اجتماعات شهرية لمراجعة تطورات وأوضاع السوق النفطية.
وأشار البيان إلى أن الاجتماع القادم للدول السبع سيُعقد في 4 أكتوبر 2026، لمتابعة مستجدات السوق وتقييم أوضاع العرض والطلب.
وبحسب مستويات الإنتاج الحالية، يبلغ إنتاج المملكة العربية السعودية 10.478 مليون برميل يومياً، تليها روسيا بنحو 9.949 مليون برميل يومياً، ثم العراق بنحو 4.431 مليون برميل يومياً، والكويت 2.676 مليون برميل يومياً، وكازاخستان 1.628 مليون برميل يومياً، والجزائر 1.007 مليون برميل يومياً، وسلطنة عُمان 841 ألف برميل يومياً.
Seven countries in the “OPEC Plus” alliance announced today (Sunday) their agreement to maintain the production policy unchanged for the upcoming month of October, following six consecutive monthly increases, during which the alliance completed the rollback of previous voluntary cuts amounting to 1.65 million barrels per day.
The seven countries, represented by Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman, reaffirmed their commitment to the stability of the oil market and continued coordination to support market balance.
A press release issued by the “OPEC” organization stated that the seven countries decided to “maintain the required production level for September 2026 for October 2026.”
The countries renewed their collective commitment to achieving full compliance with the cooperation declaration, emphasizing the continuation of monthly meetings to review developments and conditions in the oil market.
The statement noted that the next meeting of the seven countries will be held on October 4, 2026, to follow up on market developments and assess supply and demand conditions.
According to current production levels, Saudi Arabia’s production stands at 10.478 million barrels per day, followed by Russia at approximately 9.949 million barrels per day, then Iraq at about 4.431 million barrels per day, Kuwait at 2.676 million barrels per day, Kazakhstan at 1.628 million barrels per day, Algeria at 1.007 million barrels per day, and Oman at 841,000 barrels per day.
