وأفادت شركة السكك الحديدية الوطنية البريطانية بأن انقطاع الكهرباء، أدى إلى إلغاء عدد من الرحلات، إلى جانب تأخير رحلات أخرى وإعادة جدولة مواعيدها.

وأوضحت الشركة أن الاضطرابات شملت منطقة مانشستر الكبرى ووسط إنجلترا وشمال غربها، متوقعة استمرار تأثيرها حتى نهاية اليوم.
