وذكر سينيغوبوف عبر تطبيق “تلغرام” أن القوات الروسية “شنّت هجوما صاروخيا على بيتشينيغي”، على بعد حوالي 60 كيلومترا من مدينة خاركيف، “ما أسفر وفق معلومات أولية عن مقتل 10 أشخاص”، مشيرًا إلى أن فرق الطوارئ لا تزال موجودة في الموقع.
