
The Governor of Qassim checks on the readiness of services at the land pilgrims' city in Buraidah
During the tour, His Highness was briefed on the facilities and services provided to the pilgrims, and listened to an explanation from officials of the participating government agencies about the operational programs and approved plans to receive the guests of God, and to ensure comfort and integrated services for them, in order to achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership - may God support it - in serving the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God and facilitating their spiritual journey.
Highest levels of service for pilgrims
affirmed The Governor of Qassim Province that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's tremendous efforts to serve the pilgrims are a continuation of the wise leadership's approach—may God protect them—and its constant commitment to caring for the pilgrims and providing them with the highest levels of service and attention.
His Highness said: "We praise and thank God who has bestowed upon this country and its wise leadership the privilege of serving the pilgrims. All security and service sectors compete to attain this great honor, which this blessed land is proud of."
He added: "I thank all government sectors, both security and service agencies, that are vying to participate in the Pilgrims' City and the honor of serving the pilgrims. I ask God to accept their rituals."
Leadership support and attention
The Governor of Qassim Province noted the increasing participation of government agencies in the Hajj City year after year, explaining that this reflects a spirit of cooperation and a sincere desire to serve the pilgrims.
He said, “Years ago, the number of participating government agencies in the Hajj City was less than 20, but this year it has reached nearly 30. This demonstrates everyone’s desire to serve the guests of God and provide them with every possible facility.”
He also highlighted the direct support and attention given to pilgrims and Umrah performers by the wise leadership, may God protect them, emphasizing the importance of integration among the various government and service agencies to provide the best possible services to the guests of God from the moment they arrive until their departure.
