Field services will continue to be provided at the Prophet's Mosque during the remainder of Ramadan
Crowd management and monitoring service readiness
Field teams are organizing crowd movement and managing the flow of worshippers inside the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards, ensuring smooth entry and exit and making use of the spaces allocated for prayer, while simultaneously monitoring the readiness of prayer areas, facilities and support services, and carrying out cleaning and sterilization work continuously to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, especially during peak times at the end of the holy month.
Various services for visitors
The services also include providing Zamzam water at designated locations within the Prophet's Mosque and its courtyards, as well as carefully arranging copies of the Quran in their designated places to facilitate worshippers' and visitors' performance of their religious duties with ease and tranquility.
These efforts are part of a comprehensive system of services implemented by the General Authority for the Care of the Prophet's Mosque, aimed at enhancing the quality of services provided to visitors of the Prophet's Mosque during Ramadan.
