علمت «عكاظ» أن مدرب الأهلي الهولندي مارينو بوسيتش يفاضل بين لاعب الوسط الأوكراني أرتيم بوندارينكو وزياد الجهني، لاعتماد أحدهما ضمن التشكيلة الأساسية التي سيخوض بها مواجهة أوكلاند النيوزيلندي، غداً (الأربعاء)، ضمن منافسات كأس القارات للأندية.
وتأتي المفاضلة في ظل رغبة بوسيتش في اختيار التركيبة الأنسب لمنطقة الوسط، خصوصاً أن بوندارينكو انضم حديثاً إلى صفوف «الراقي» وشارك في التدريبات الجماعية، فيما يملك الجهني جاهزية أكبر وانسجاماً مع عناصر الفريق، على أن يحسم الجهاز الفني قراره النهائي عقب التدريب الأخير.
وبحسب المصادر، يتجه بوسيتش للاعتماد على السنغالي إدوارد ميندي في حراسة المرمى، وأمامه رباعي الدفاع زكريا هوساوي، وريان حامد، والبرازيلي روجر إيبانيز، والتركي ميريح ديميرال.
وفي وسط الملعب، سيكون فالنتين أتانغانا أحد الخيارات الأساسية، على أن يجاوره بوندارينكو أو زياد الجهني، بينما ينتظر أن يعتمد الجهاز الفني على الثلاثي فرانسيسكو ترينكاو، وإدوارد سبيرتسيان، وجالينو خلف المهاجم الإنجليزي إيفان توني، الذي سيتولى قيادة خط المقدمة.
ويسعى الأهلي إلى تجاوز أوكلاند ومواصلة مشواره في البطولة، مستفيداً من جاهزية عناصره والدفعة المعنوية التي حصل عليها الفريق بعد انتصاراته الأخيرة، إذ يدخل المواجهة بطموح تسجيل بداية قوية في كأس القارات للأندية.
وتقام مواجهة الأهلي وأوكلاند غداً (الأربعاء) عند الساعة التاسعة مساءً على ملعب الإنماء في جدة.

In midfield, Valentin Atangana will be one of the main options, alongside either Bondarenko or Ziad Al-Juhani, while the coaching staff is expected to rely on the trio Francisco Trincao, Edward Spyrtsyan, and Jallino behind the English striker Ivan Toney, who will lead the attack.
Al-Ahli aims to overcome Auckland and continue its journey in the tournament, benefiting from the readiness of its players and the morale boost the team received after its recent victories, as it enters the match with the ambition of making a strong start in the Club World Cup.
The match between Al-Ahli and Auckland will take place tomorrow (Wednesday) at 9 PM at the Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah.
