The Revolutionary Guard responds to Trump: Iran will determine the end of the war
Revolutionary Guard has declared that it will determine the end of the war in the Middle East, following US President Donald Trump’s that the war against Iran would end very soon.
Al Arabiya quoted a Revolutionary Guard spokesman as saying in a statement published by Iranian media: “We are the ones who will determine the end of the war. The equations of the region and its future are now in the hands of our armed forces. American forces will not end the war.”
He added that the Guard is prepared to confront the US fleet in the Strait of Hormuz, while also emphasizing its commitment to protecting oil exports in the region.

US President Donald Trump said a war against Iran would be a “short trip,” while simultaneously emphasizing that victory over Tehran was not yet “sufficiently achieved.”
Trump’s remarks, made during a gathering of Republican members of Congress at his golf club in Doral, Florida, further clouded the timeline of the conflict, after he told CBS that the war was “almost over.”
"We embarked on a short trip because we felt we had to do it to get rid of some people, and I think you'll see it's going to be a short trip," Trump told the rally in Florida.
