With 321 inspection tours, the Baha Chamber of Commerce intensifies its monitoring of markets ahead of Eid al-Fitr
The Ministry of Commerce in Al-Baha conducted 321 inspection tours of commercial establishments in Al-Baha city and several governorates within the region. These tours are part of the Ministry's intensified monitoring efforts in anticipation of Eid al-Fitr , aimed at ensuring commercial establishments' compliance with regulations and instructions, and protecting consumer rights.
The inspections resulted in the immediate detection of 59 violations, which were addressed according to established procedures. During the same period, the branch received 554 consumer complaints, which were also handled and resolved according to established procedures.
Continuation of its oversight work
The branch affirmed its continued monitoring of markets and commercial establishments in the region, calling on consumers to report any commercial violations through the official channels designated for receiving reports, in order to contribute to raising the level of compliance and protecting consumer rights.
