The Regional Development Authority oversees AL Madinah AL Munawwarah The management of the mosque’s operations and services provided to worshippers and visitors, through an integrated operational system that includes organizing entry and exit, intensifying cleaning and sterilization work, providing guidance and awareness services in several languages, in addition to monitoring the readiness of facilities and support services around the clock.
The Quba Mosque is one of the most prominent destinations visited by pilgrims during their stay in Medina, due to its historical and religious significance linked to the Prophet's biography. It was founded by the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - when he migrated to Medina, and several prophetic hadiths mention its virtues.
Enhancing capacity
The ongoing development and expansion projects at the mosque and its surroundings are contributing to increased capacity and a better visitor experience. These projects include the development of courtyards, walkways, and operational services, all part of continuous efforts to enhance the quality of services provided to pilgrims.
