
Free services around the clock... Activating childcare centers at the Prophet's Mosque for pilgrims of 1447 AH
centers The children's hospitality at the Prophet's Mosque have announced the activation of a comprehensive system for care, education, and recreation within a safe, 24-hour environment.
This free service, overseen by the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, is part of its preparations for the 1447 AH Hajj, enabling pilgrims and visitors to perform their rituals and acts of worship with peace of mind and ease, amidst comprehensive care and enrichment programs specifically designed for children.
Registration at the centers
The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques explained that the centers welcome children 24 hours a day, offering a unique experience that combines education, enrichment, and safety. The programs include educational, cultural, and recreational activities that contribute to developing children's sensory, cognitive, social, and physical abilities, in addition to instilling religious values in them according to their age groups. This ensures the enhancement of digital and organizational services provided to pilgrims.
The Presidency indicated that the center is located in the northern courtyard of the Prophet's Mosque, opposite Gate 25, and is managed and operated by qualified Saudi female staff trained in modern operating manuals and early childhood education techniques, under the supervision of specialists in childhood programs.
It stated that registration is done electronically through the unified system on the platform approved by the Presidency to check seat availability. Entry procedures include checking the child's vital signs and issuing an identification bracelet, which is then returned via a smart verification code sent directly to the parent's mobile phone.
Complete preparation
The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques indicated that the centers welcome boys aged 3 to 6 and girls aged 3 to 9, providing them with interactive content that introduces them to the rituals of Hajj and the Prophet's biography, in addition to Quran memorization and supplication sessions, and areas for artistic and creative activities.
The Presidency emphasized the provision of daily meals and comfortable rooms, supported by a comprehensive safety system that includes surveillance cameras covering all classrooms and smart doors for controlled entry and exit, ensuring a professional care environment that enhances the peace of mind of families within the Holy Mosque.
