Dolac: The mentality behind the "school" hat trick against Al-Ittihad

Al-Riyadh Club coach Mauricio Dolac confirmed that the victory achieved by the prestigious team nicknamed “The Central School” over Al-Ittihad Club with a score of 3-1 was the result of collective work within the club, praising the efforts of the players and all members of the staff who work with them daily.

He said that there are people who may not be known to the public, but whose role is essential in supporting the team, such as Ram, Abu Ash, Paul, Moses, Abu Khalid, and Farouk, stressing that their dedication and sincerity in performing their duties reflects the spirit of one family within the club.

Dolac pointed out that the team lacked a degree of luck in some previous matches, which cost them points due to small details, but he stressed that the focus within the club is on consolidating fighting spirit, team spirit and competitive mentality, which are elements that the technical staff works to develop on a daily basis.

He explained that it is not related to psychological or mental problems, but rather to building a strong competitive personality on the field, based on physical presence and the ability to win duels.

He added that these aspects, in his view, represent the essence of football matches, whether in defense or attack, and are among the pillars that the team seeks to strengthen continuously.
