«سعودي فود 2026» و«سعودي فود للتصنيع 2026» يستعرضان ابتكارات ترسم ملامح مستقبل قطاع الأغذية في المملكة
14 جائزة ضمن فئات المنتجات والتكنولوجيا والتصنيع والاستدامة لتكريم الشركات التي تسهم في إحداث تحوّل في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات بالمنطقة
مع دخول قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات في المملكة العربية السعودية مرحلة جديدة من الابتكار والتكنولوجيا والإنتاج المحلي، يسلِّط معرض «سعودي فود 2026» و«سعودي فود للتصنيع 2026» الضوء على الشركات والحلول التي تقود هذا التحول، وذلك من خلال 14 جائزة تحتفي بالابتكارات في مجالات المنتجات، والتغليف، وتقنيات التصنيع، والاستدامة، والإنتاج الذكي.
وتأتي هذه الجوائز ضمن برنامجين متكاملين، هما جوائز التميز في معرض «سعودي فود» وجوائز الابتكار في معرض «سعودي فود للتصنيع»، لتحتفي بالإنجازات التي تغطي مختلف مراحل سلسلة القيمة الغذائية، بدءاً من المنتجات الاستهلاكية وحلول التغليف المبتكرة، ووصولاً إلى التقنيات والعمليات والحلول المستدامة التي تُحدث تحولاً نوعياً في قطاع تصنيع الأغذية.
وتتيح جوائز التميز في معرض «سعودي فود» للعارضين الفرصة لاستعراض منتجات تتميز بالجودة والأصالة والابتكار وجاذبيتها للمستهلكين. وتشمل الجوائز هذا العام ثماني فئات، من بينها فئتان جديدتان هما أفضل منتج من الصلصات أو المنكهات أو المحفوظات وأفضل منتج جاهز للأكل. وتشمل الفئات الأخرى أفضل مشروب، وأفضل منتج ألبان، وأفضل منتج للصحة والعافية، وأفضل تغليف مبتكر، وأفضل منتج سعودي الصنع، وأفضل منتج للوجبات الخفيفة.
فيما تسلّط جوائز الابتكار في معرض «سعودي فود للتصنيع» الضوء على الشركات والحلول التي تسهم في تطوير قطاع تصنيع الأغذية والمشروبات من خلال التكنولوجيا والاستدامة والابتكار التشغيلي. وتتضمن الجوائز ست فئات، من بينها الفئة الجديدة الابتكار في الذكاء الاصطناعي والتصنيع الذكي، إلى جانب أفضل ابتكار في المكونات، وأفضل ابتكار في المعالجة، وأفضل ابتكار في التغليف، والشركة المستدامة للعام، وأفضل ابتكار «صنع في السعودية» للعام.
ويعكس البرنامجان التكامل بين الابتكار في المنتجات وتحوّل قطاع التصنيع ضمن منظومة الأغذية في المملكة. كما توفر الجوائز للعارضين منصة لاستعراض قدراتهم، وتعزيز حضورهم ومكانتهم في القطاع، وتكريم ابتكاراتهم التي تسهم في دفع عجلة تطور قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات.
ومن المقرر الإعلان عن القوائم المختصرة للجوائز في الأسبوع الثالث من سبتمبر، على أن يخوض المتأهلون إلى المرحلة النهائية جولة تحكيم مباشرة، تمهيداً للإعلان عن الفائزين في اليوم الثاني من فعاليات المعرضين.
وتأتي هذه الجوائز ضمن فعاليات أوسع تمتد على مدار ثلاثة أيام، تستعرض منظومة الأغذية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك خلال الفترة من 27 إلى 29 سبتمبر 2026 في جدة سوبر دوم. ويجمع معرض «سعودي فود» و«سعودي فود للتصنيع» أكثر من 1000 عارض من أكثر من 95 دولة، إلى جانب أكثر من 25000 متخصص في القطاع، ضمن منصة متكاملة تربط بين إنتاج الأغذية وتصنيعها وتوريدها وتجارتها والطلب عليها.
14 awards across product, technology, manufacturing, and sustainability categories to honor companies contributing to the transformation of the food and beverage sector in the region
As the food and beverage sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia enters a new phase of innovation, technology, and local production, the “Saudi Food 2026” and “Saudi Food Manufacturing 2026” exhibitions highlight the companies and solutions leading this transformation, through 14 awards celebrating innovations in product, packaging, manufacturing technologies, sustainability, and smart production.
These awards are part of two integrated programs: the Excellence Awards at the “Saudi Food” exhibition and the Innovation Awards at the “Saudi Food Manufacturing” exhibition, celebrating achievements that cover various stages of the food value chain, from consumer products and innovative packaging solutions to sustainable technologies, processes, and solutions that bring about a qualitative transformation in the food manufacturing sector.
The Excellence Awards at the “Saudi Food” exhibition provide exhibitors with the opportunity to showcase products characterized by quality, authenticity, innovation, and consumer appeal. This year, the awards include eight categories, among which are two new categories: Best Product for Sauces, Seasonings, or Preserves and Best Ready-to-Eat Product. Other categories include Best Beverage, Best Dairy Product, Best Health and Wellness Product, Best Innovative Packaging, Best Saudi-Made Product, and Best Snack Product.
Meanwhile, the Innovation Awards at the “Saudi Food Manufacturing” exhibition highlight the companies and solutions contributing to the development of the food and beverage manufacturing sector through technology, sustainability, and operational innovation. The awards include six categories, among which is the new category for Innovation in Artificial Intelligence and Smart Manufacturing, alongside Best Innovation in Ingredients, Best Innovation in Processing, Best Innovation in Packaging, Sustainable Company of the Year, and Best “Made in Saudi Arabia” Innovation of the Year.
The two programs reflect the integration between product innovation and the transformation of the manufacturing sector within the food ecosystem in the Kingdom. The awards also provide exhibitors with a platform to showcase their capabilities, enhance their presence and status in the sector, and honor their innovations that contribute to advancing the development of the food and beverage sector.
The shortlists for the awards are set to be announced in the third week of September, with finalists entering a live judging round, leading up to the announcement of the winners on the second day of the exhibitions.
These awards are part of a broader event spanning three days, showcasing the food ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from September 27 to 29, 2026, at Jeddah Superdome. The “Saudi Food” and “Saudi Food Manufacturing” exhibitions bring together over 1,000 exhibitors from more than 95 countries, alongside more than 25,000 industry professionals, within an integrated platform connecting food production, manufacturing, supply, trade, and demand.
