Al-Youm observedthe Hajj Media, held at the Makkah Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Exhibition and Events Center, digital transformation and services provided to pilgrims.
Media and diplomatic delegations from several countries participated, including Jordan, Pakistan, Syria, Kenya, Libya, Egypt, and India, in addition to the Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Jeddah. The events focused on highlighting the organizational and technological efforts related to serving Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.

During the tour, Al-Youm was briefed on the integrated services system presented by the participating entities within the “Transformation Exhibition,” which reflects the extent of the technological and organizational development in the Hajj and Umrah system, and the solutions provided by government agencies that contribute to improving the experience of the pilgrim, Umrah performer, and visitor.
The participating entities showcasing their initiatives and services included the Ministry of Media, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques. These entities presented diverse examples of digital initiatives and operational services related to the Hajj season.
The exhibition also highlighted a range of innovative technological solutions, most notably the "Nusk" digital platform, a leading initiative facilitating Hajj and Umrah procedures electronically. Furthermore, it offered interactive virtual reality experiences for visiting historical sites, enhancing the experience of visitors, pilgrims, and Umrah performers and enriching their spiritual and intellectual journey.
Innovations and solutions supporting the Hajj system
Al-Youm newspaper observed praise from participating international delegations for the level of digital development and field coordination demonstrated by Saudi authorities. They emphasized that these achievements reflect the significant efforts made in utilizing modern technology to serve pilgrims and facilitate their performance of rituals with flexibility and high efficiency.
The Hajj Media Forum is a specialized platform for exchanging media expertise and showcasing the latest innovations and solutions supporting the Hajj system. It is organized by the Unified Media Operations Center for Hajj at the Ministry of Media, in cooperation with the Grand Hajj Symposium.
This initiative supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the quality of services provided to pilgrims and strengthen the Hajj and Umrah experience.
