مركز التحكيم الرياضي يؤيد قرار لجنة الانتخابات.. ويحمّل الغامدي 143 ألفاً
قررت هيئة التحكيم في مركز التحكيم الرياضي السعودي بالإجماع، رفض طلب التحكيم المقدم من خالد بن أحمد الغامدي موضوعاً، وتأييد قرار لجنة الانتخابات بالاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم رقم 03/ق/2026 وتاريخ 7 أغسطس 2026.
وقضت الهيئة بقبول الطلب شكلاً، وتحميل المحتكم كافة التكاليف المالية المترتبة على طلب التحكيم المعجل المقدرة بـ143 ألف ريال، مع رد ما عدا ذلك من طلبات.
وأكدت الهيئة أن الحكم نهائي، وملزم لجميع الأطراف، وغير قابل للاستئناف أمام أي جهة داخلية أو خارجية، ونهائي لأغراض التنفيذ.
The arbitration panel at the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center unanimously decided to reject the arbitration request submitted by Khalid bin Ahmed Al-Ghamdi on the subject, and to uphold the decision of the Election Committee of the Saudi Football Federation No. 03/Q/2026 dated August 7, 2026.
The panel ruled to accept the request in form, and to impose all financial costs resulting from the expedited arbitration request, estimated at 143,000 riyals, on the complainant, while rejecting all other requests.
The panel confirmed that the ruling is final, binding on all parties, and not subject to appeal before any internal or external authority, and is final for execution purposes.
