The Minister of Interior wrote on his X platform account: “I received a telephone call from His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, Minister of Interior of the Republic of Iraq, during which we discussed the latest developments and their security implications.”
He added: “His Excellency affirmed the Republic of Iraq’s commitment to the security and safety of the Kingdom, a stance that reflects the depth of the fraternal relations and joint coordination between the two brotherly countries.”
