The Foreign Minister reviews relations and discusses situations with his counterparts in the UAE, Egypt, and the Maldives
During the call, they discussed regional developments and joint efforts to reduce escalation and support diplomatic solutions, including Pakistani mediation efforts between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, also received a telephone call today from His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates.
During the call, assurances were given regarding safety measures following the condemned attacks to which the sisterly United Arab Emirates was subjected.
His Highness also received a telephone call today from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Aerothisham Adam.
At the beginning of the call, His Highness congratulated Her Excellency on her appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, wishing her success and expressing his anticipation of joint efforts to achieve the interests of both countries.
The two sides also reviewed bilateral relations and a number of issues of common interest.
