وفي المقابل، تراجعت القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية بنسبة 0.16% على أساس شهري، لتبلغ 9.54 تريليون ريال بنهاية أغسطس.
ووصل عدد الشركات المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية إلى 272 شركة، بزيادة شركتين عن الشهر السابق، فيما بلغت نسبة الأسهم المتداولة إلى الأسهم المصدرة 12.9%، مرتفعة بنسبة 8.61% على أساس شهري.
وعلى صعيد السوق الموازية «نمو»، أنهى المؤشر الشهر عند 21,747.26 نقطة، متراجعاً بنسبة 0.40%، رغم تسجيل مؤشرات التداول ارتفاعات قوية.

وقفز متوسط قيمة التداول اليومي في «نمو» بنسبة 78.22% إلى 20.84 مليون ريال، كما ارتفع متوسط حجم التداول اليومي بنسبة 47.89% إلى 2.87 مليون سهم.
وبلغت القيمة المتداولة خلال أغسطس 458.46 مليون ريال، بارتفاع 78.22%، فيما ارتفع عدد الصفقات بنسبة 15.52% إلى 64492 صفقة.
وسجلت القيمة السوقية للشركات المدرجة في «نمو» نحو 34.63 مليار ريال، بانخفاض 0.35%، فيما بلغ عدد الشركات المدرجة 124 شركة، بانخفاض شركتين خلال الشهر.
وأظهر الملخص وصول إجمالي حجم إصدارات الصكوك والسندات إلى 743.68 مليار ريال بنهاية أغسطس، بارتفاع شهري نسبته 1.12%، فيما بلغت القيمة المتداولة خلال الشهر 43.39 مليار ريال، بانخفاض 30.85%.
عدد الإصدارات المدرجة
ووصل عدد الإصدارات المدرجة إلى 284 إصدارًا، بينما بلغت القيمة المتداولة للصكوك والسندات الحكومية 27.63 مليار ريال، وللصكوك والسندات غير الحكومية 15.02 مليار ريال.
وبلغ مؤشر سوق الصكوك والسندات 914.28 نقطة بنهاية الشهر.
وفي سوق المشتقات المالية، بلغ حجم التداول خلال أغسطس 9,725 عقدًا، فيما وصلت القيمة المتداولة إلى 404.86 مليون ريال.
وتزامن ذلك مع دخول تحسينات سوق المشتقات حيز التنفيذ في 19 أغسطس 2026، والتي شملت العقود المستقبلية لمؤشر «MT30» والعقود المستقبلية للأسهم المفردة، إلى جانب تحديثات على هيكلة السوق والرسوم والمقاصة ومواصفات العقود المستقبلية للأسهم المفردة.

وبلغت القيمة السوقية لصناديق الاستثمار العقارية المتداولة 14.69 مليار ريال بنهاية أغسطس، فيما وصلت القيمة السوقية لصناديق المؤشرات المتداولة إلى 9.22 مليار ريال، وسجلت صناديق الاستثمار المغلقة قيمة سوقية بلغت 651.71 مليون ريال.
وفي جانب الملكية، أظهر الملخص استحواذ المؤسسات على 95.55% من ملكية السوق الرئيسية وفق تصنيف المستثمر، مقابل 4.45% للمستثمرين الأفراد.
وفي السوق الموازية «نمو»، بلغت حصة المؤسسات 67.52% من الملكية، مقابل 32.48% للأفراد.
