
Stocks rise 60 points... Trading volume reaches 6.2 billion riyals
According to the daily economic bulletin of the Saudi Press Agency for the Saudi Stock Exchange, the volume of shares traded reached 250 million shares, with the shares of 203 companies recording an increase in their value, while the shares of 58 companies closed lower.
The shares of Al Majdiyah, Emaar, Gas, Al Taameer and Southern Cement were the highest gainers, while the shares of Al Ittihad, Building Station, Yansab, Kemanol and Al Andalus were the lowest losers in trading, with the percentages of increase and decrease ranging between 8.62% and 9.93%.
Most active
The most actively traded stocks by volume were Americana, Saudi Aramco, Al-Ahli, Kayan Saudi, and BATC, while the most actively traded stocks by value were Saudi Aramco, Al-Rajhi, Jamjoom Pharma, SABIC Agri-Nutrients, and Al-Ahli.
The Saudi parallel stock index Nomu closed today up 295.72 points to close at 22,734.54 points, with a trading value of 23 million riyals and a trading volume of 1.3 million shares.
