In a significant step towards realizing their dream of promotion back to the top flight, Abha FC's first team strengthened their lead in the Saudi First Division standings. This achievement came after a valuable and well-deserved 2-0 victory over Al-Jubail FC in a hard-fought match today. This game, one of the postponed fixtures from the 26th round, gives Abha a comfortable advantage in the fiercely contested title race.

Al-Orouba sits in sixth place with 47 points, followed by Al-Raed in seventh with 41 points, Al-Bukairiyah in eighth with 37 points, and Al-Zulfi in ninth with 35 points. Al-Tai and Al-Wahda are tied for tenth and eleventh place with 32 points each, followed by Al-Anwar and Jeddah with 31 points each.
In the struggle to survive and avoid relegation, Al-Jandal is in fourteenth place with 26 points, followed by Al-Adalah (17 points), Al-Arabi (16 points), and Al-Batin (14 points), while Al-Jubail is at the bottom of the standings with 14 points, which complicates its situation in the remaining rounds and requires it to work harder to correct its course.
