The Absher platform, through its official channels and FAQ guide, explained that seven vital reports are available that beneficiaries can print and use in various official and legal procedures. These reports are considered official documents that save time and effort compared to visiting branches, and they are:

  • My report: A comprehensive summary of the beneficiary's data.
  • Family members data report: To document kinship and dependents.
  • Vehicle Report: Shows details of vehicles registered in the beneficiary's name.
  • Traffic violation report: A detailed list of recorded violations.
  • Traffic Accident Report: A Historical Record of Accidents.
  • Travel log data report: Shows entry and exit movements from the Kingdom.
  • Domestic worker report: Concerns workers registered under an individual's sponsorship.

Regulations regarding national identity card photos in civil status records

In a related development, the Ministry of Interior's Civil Status Agency has established precise technical standards for accepting personal photographs when renewing national identity cards, in order to ensure the accuracy of biometric and security data. These standards include the following:

  • The background should be completely white.
  • The photo must be recent (no more than 6 months old from the date of capture).
  • Clear facial features, free from exaggerated expressions or cosmetics that alter the features.
  • The image should be free of ink stains, holes, or technical defects.

  • Timeframe: Implementation is immediate if the name is on the lists of names already known, and it takes up to 5 working days for names that are not known.
  • Number of times: Two edits are allowed; provided that the second time is to revert to the previous name only.
  • Conditions: No previous processing request, parental consent for minors, and the name must comply with name registration regulations (e.g., not be identical to the name of a living sibling).
