This opening comes as part of the efforts undertaken by the Al-Ahsa Governorate, under the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, Governor of Al-Ahsa, to empower civil society organizations and enhance their readiness to serve the community efficiently and effectively.
