A bridge between academia and the job market
University career fairs, such as Alfaisal University's Career Days, are among the most important strategic tools for bridging the gap between academic output and the actual needs of the private sector. By bringing together more than 30 employers under one roof, the university provides its students and graduates with a unique opportunity to connect directly with employers, understand the evolving demands of the market, and build a strong professional network that will help shape their future career paths.
An open space for direct interaction
Over the next three days, the university's halls will transform into a vibrant hub for face-to-face interviews, welcoming graduates and job seekers to connect with sponsors and partners. Through this annual gathering, the university aims to "build career paths" for young men and women, equipping them with the tools to compete in the job market and reinforcing its position as a key driver of the national economy by providing highly skilled and technically proficient professionals.
