British Prime Minister arrives in Jeddah
The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Mr. Keir Starmer, arrived in Jeddah today on an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and exploring avenues for joint cooperation. He was received upon arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region.
The official reception was attended by a number of senior officials, including His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United Kingdom; His Excellency the Mayor of Jeddah, Mr. Saleh Al-Turki; and the Director of Makkah Region Police, Major General Saleh Al-Jabri. Also present were the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Stephen Charles Hitchin, and the Director General of the Royal Protocol Office in Makkah Region, Mr. Ahmed Abdullah bin Thafir.
