The results showed strong competition between the various sectors, and the most prominent results were as follows:

  • The focus of the strategy: The General Directorate of Border Guards took the lead, followed by the Ministry of Interior's Agency for Security Regiments Affairs, and then the General Directorate for Drug Control.
  • Artificial intelligence: The General Directorate of Passports won first place, reflecting the development of port and identity systems, followed by the General Directorate of Civil Defense in second place, and Medical Services in third.
  • Participatory services: The General Directorate of Human Resources came in first place, followed by the Ministry's staff clubs and the Military Affairs Agency.
  • Unifying channels and innovation: The Civil Status Agency achieved first place in unifying channels, while the National Center for Security Operations (911) was distinguished by first place in technological innovation.
  • Cloud computing and capacity building: The Special Security and Protection Forces excelled in cloud computing, while the Ministry of Interior's development program ranked first in building technical capabilities.

The conference also recognized the role of human resources, honoring distinguished officers who led successful technology projects: Colonel Fahd bin Jazaa Al-Mutrafi (Passports), Lieutenant Colonel Hamad bin Saud Al-Dhiyabi (Prisoners), and Colonel Badr bin Mohammed Al-Shehri (Civil Defense).
