Project goals and improving physical fitness

This project is part of the college's scheduled annual plans and activities, which it is committed to implementing regularly. The program primarily aims to assess and enhance the physical fitness and training levels of all college personnel, including officers, enlisted personnel, and students. It also seeks to boost self-confidence and develop endurance and resilience to face the rigors of fieldwork and future military service emergencies. Such exercises are a cornerstone in building a military character capable of adapting to diverse climatic and geographical conditions.

The importance of field training in military colleges

Field exercises, such as long marches, are an integral part of the training doctrine in security and military institutions worldwide. They are not limited to physical training but extend to instilling concepts of military discipline, teamwork, and bridging the gap between commanders and subordinates in the field, thus strengthening cohesion and solidarity among members of the security sector.

King Fahd Security College: A leading security institution

King Fahd Security College is one of the most prominent security educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, tasked with preparing and qualifying officers to work in various security sectors within the Ministry of Interior. The college's curriculum combines theoretical academic knowledge with practical field training to ensure the graduation of highly qualified security personnel with exceptional professional competence and complete readiness to serve their religion, their king, and their country.

Leadership participation and its moral impact

The participation of senior leaders, represented by Major General Dr. Fahd Al-Watban, in such field activities alongside the students carries significant implications for military leadership. It boosts student morale, provides a living example of leadership by example, and underscores the importance of maintaining physical fitness as a continuous lifestyle for security personnel, not merely a temporary training phase.
