The importance of training in the Board of Grievances

Training at the Board of Grievances is of particular importance given its status as an independent administrative judicial body directly linked to the King, whose primary mission is to establish the foundations of justice, fairness, and effective judicial oversight of administrative actions. Training at this institution provides students with a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience of the judicial and administrative work environment and to understand the mechanisms for implementing regulations and bylaws in a professional setting.

Alignment with the Kingdom's Vision 2030

This initiative aligns with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, specifically the Human Capital Development Program, which aims to prepare young men and women in the Kingdom for the future job market. Through the "Khabeer" platform, the Board of Grievances demonstrates its commitment to digital transformation, not only in litigation procedures but also in administrative processes and attracting young talent.

Through this program, the Bureau aims to bridge the gap between the theoretical knowledge that students receive in classrooms and the practical and applied experience in the work environment, which contributes to refining the skills of trainees and raising their readiness to meet the needs of the evolving Saudi labor market, and to strengthen the bridges of continuous communication between judicial and academic bodies.
