Elm wins the 2025 Occupational Safety and Health Excellence Award

In a new national achievement that reflects its leadership in the business and technology sector, Elm Company, a leader in digital solutions and information technology services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, won the Corporate Excellence Award in Occupational Safety and Health in the category of “Large and Mega Enterprises” for the year 2025. This crowning comes within the activities of the “Labor Award”, which is one of the strategic initiatives launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to honor distinguished establishments in the private sector.

Elm won this prestigious award after achieving a record 100% compliance rate with the requirements of the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (NCOSHA), a strong indicator of the maturity of the company's organizational environment and its strict adherence to international and local standards. This award is particularly significant given the economic transformations underway in the Kingdom as part of Vision 2030, where enhancing the work environment and making it more attractive and safe is a key pillar of the National Transformation Program, contributing to increased productivity and attracting talent.

Commenting on this achievement, Majid bin Saad Al-Arifi, official spokesperson and Executive Vice President of Marketing at Elm, affirmed that the Labor Award plays a pivotal role in motivating private sector establishments to adopt global best practices. Al-Arifi pointed out that achieving full compliance was not a coincidence, but rather the result of a clear strategy that prioritizes human capital, emphasizing the company's ongoing commitment to protecting the health and safety of its employees and providing an ideal work environment for innovation.

Regarding internal operations, Al-Arifi explained that this victory is the result of the combined efforts of various work teams, specifically mentioning the Empowerment and Corporate Planning Group, which spearheaded the implementation of standards and the promotion of a safety culture. The active participation of employees in the evaluation processes and surveys, in addition to the internal communication campaign conducted in September 2025, also played a crucial role in qualifying for and winning this national competition, embodying the spirit of teamwork within the company.

From an economic and strategic perspective, Elm's winning an award in occupational safety and health demonstrates the evolving concept of safety, now encompassing not only industrial but also office and technical work environments. This trend supports the objectives of the National Strategic Program for Occupational Safety and Health, which aims to instill a culture of prevention across all sectors. Furthermore, this achievement reinforces Elm's position as a trusted partner for government entities, reflecting its alignment with strategic goals and its ability to execute major projects with high efficiency and responsibility.

In conclusion, this achievement serves as an incentive for other companies in the Kingdom to raise their operational standards, as Elm has proven that investing in the work environment and employee safety is a direct investment in business sustainability and institutional success, thus consolidating its position as a role model in the Saudi and regional market.
