The launch ceremony witnessed a significant step with the signing of a strategic memorandum of understanding between the university and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). This agreement aims to promote a culture of quality and adherence to standards among engineering and architecture students before graduation, thereby enhancing their professional readiness and familiarizing them with the latest technical regulations adopted in engineering projects, which is a fundamental pillar for the safety and sustainability of infrastructure.

The accompanying exhibition attracted more than 40 leading local and international companies, which competed to offer a wide range of job opportunities and cooperative training programs leading to employment. During a field visit, the Vice President of the University for Educational Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Kabli, reviewed the latest student innovations and projects on display.
