The plan includes providing over 2.21 million seats, which will be made available through more than 5,300 train trips between the 1st of Dhu al-Qi'dah and the 20th of Dhu al-Hijjah. These figures represent a significant increase of over 210,000 seats compared to the same period last year, reflecting ongoing efforts to enhance services for pilgrims.

The train station at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah is the largest airport-connected railway station in the world, facilitating direct transfers for pilgrims arriving by air to Makkah or Madinah without leaving the airport.
