The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed winter clothing yesterday to sick children and medical staff working in hospitals and health centers in southern and northern Gaza , as part of the Saudi popular campaign to aid the Palestinian people in the Strip.
Field teams from the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage—the King Salman Center's implementing partner in Gaza—oversaw the distribution within the hospitals and health centers.
Saudi Popular Campaign to Aid the Palestinian People
This is to reach patients who are facing double suffering between the pain of illness and the harshness of winter, in addition to the medical teams who continue to perform their humanitarian duty in extremely difficult field and humanitarian conditions.
The beneficiaries expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the King Salman Relief Center, for the noble humanitarian values embodied in this initiative.
Saudi support for Gaza
They affirmed that the center's efforts contributed to improving their situation amidst the precarious health and living conditions, giving them a sense of care and support at a time when they desperately needed assistance given the challenges facing healthcare facilities in the sector.
This comes as an extension of the Kingdom's unwavering support, through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, for the Palestinian people during various crises and hardships.
