He was received by the Commander of the National Security Operations Center, Brigadier General Omar bin Ayda Al-Talhi. He was briefed directly on the daily workflow and how incoming reports and communications are handled. He also received a detailed explanation of the rapid referral of these reports to the relevant authorities and their meticulous and professional follow-up until resolution. Emphasis was placed on the use of the latest standardized technologies to ensure the provision of high-quality services to pilgrims, available in multiple international languages and 24 hours a day, reflecting the significant advancements in the Ministry of Interior's technological infrastructure.
