Launch of the exhibition accompanying the first Islamic Values Forum in Riyadh

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance is organizing the accompanying exhibition for the "First Islamic Values Forum," which will commence tomorrow, Monday, the 21st of Sha'ban 1447 AH, at the InterContinental Hotel in Riyadh. This important event is held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, and under the direct supervision and guidance of His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh.

This forum and its accompanying exhibition hold significant strategic importance, serving as a comprehensive national platform to showcase institutional efforts in consolidating Islamic and national values. The event is being held at a time when the Kingdom is witnessing a major cultural and social movement aimed at strengthening national identity and upholding the core values upon which the state was founded, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030, which focuses on building a vibrant and robust society.

Strategic partnerships and institutional integration

The exhibition accompanying the forum features broad participation from major government agencies and national institutions, reflecting a state of integration among various sectors of the country in service of the system of values. The exhibition includes informational booths for leading organizations, most notably the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran, a global Islamic beacon serving the Book of God, in addition to the participation of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha), which showcases its efforts in promoting the values of integrity and transparency as an integral part of Islamic values.

The exhibition also features a notable presence from the King Abdulaziz Center for Cultural Communication and the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, which embodies the values of Islamic giving and solidarity on an international level, alongside the Educational Center for Development and Professional Training at King Saud University. The exhibition also recognizes the role of the third sector, with the participation of leading non-profit organizations such as the Sulaiman Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation and the Talal Charitable Foundation, underscoring the role of charitable work in strengthening social cohesion.

Goals that go beyond the traditional presentation

The exhibition's role extends beyond mere informational purposes; its primary objective is to translate theoretical values into tangible, practical applications with a sustainable societal impact. Through this gathering, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs seeks to unify the values-based messages of participating entities and provide a rich platform for exchanging experiences and successful institutional practices.

This exhibition is a key component of the forum, highlighting exemplary national models that contribute to human development and foster a sense of belonging, thus affirming the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s leadership in serving Islam and promoting noble human values, locally, regionally, and internationally.
