In a statement reflecting the magnitude of this achievement, the CEO of the tournament organizers, Iyad Bin Jaidah, revealed that the event successfully provided over 400 seasonal jobs for young men and women from Jeddah. The closing ceremony was held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, in the presence of the Governor of Jeddah, Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, and the Minister of Sport, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal. His Highness presented the championship trophy to Al-Taawon FC of Jeddah after their well-deserved 1-0 victory over Salam Al-Jami’ah FC, bringing to a close an event that combined exciting football with community benefit.
