The story began when the emergency department at Hira General Hospital a Bangladeshi resident suffering from sudden and severe chest pain. The medical staff immediately and professionally treated the case, initially diagnosing it as a heart attack requiring urgent specialized intervention. Thanks to seamless coordination between the facilities within the cluster, the patient was promptly transferred to Al Noor Specialist Hospital .

Thanks to prior preparation and the activation of maximum emergency protocols, the patient arrived at Al Noor Hospital medically prepared, allowing the medical team to bypass routine admission procedures. Within just 10 minutes of arrival, the patient was in the cardiac catheterization unit, where the medical team performed a delicate surgical procedure to implant a stent and open the blocked artery, restoring blood flow to the heart muscle and saving the patient from serious complications.
