National Water Company completes water project in Riyadh for 132 million

The National Water Company announced the completion of a significant milestone in its strategic plans to develop the infrastructure in the Saudi capital, Riyadh. The company finished laying main water pipelines of varying diameters to serve the developments west of the Tuwaiq neighborhood in Riyadh. This vital project, part of the second phase of the strategic water plan, cost a total of 132 million riyals and represents a major boost to the water distribution system in the area.
Project technical and artistic details
The company explained in its statement that the project included laying over 53 kilometers , implemented according to the highest engineering standards to ensure service sustainability. In addition to the pipeline extension, the work included the installation of 20 network connections on existing lines. This technical procedure aims to improve the operational efficiency of the network, increase coverage in the targeted neighborhoods, and maximize the utilization of existing assets and infrastructure, which will directly and positively impact the quality of life for residents in the serviced areas.
