
Launch of the second phase of the Wahaj and Rehab Al Asala projects in Riyadh
The National Housing Company (NHC) has officially announced the launch of sales for the second phase of its "Wahaj Al Asala" and "Rahab Al Asala" projects, located within the Al Asala Urban Destination in Riyadh. This announcement follows the resounding success of the first phase, where all units sold out in record time, reflecting the growing confidence of beneficiaries in the company's projects and the quality of residential products it offers in the Saudi market.
Enhancing the real estate supply and keeping pace with Vision 2030
This strategic move by NHC comes as part of its ongoing efforts to increase the real estate supply in Riyadh and contribute effectively to achieving the goals of the Housing Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to raise the rate of homeownership among Saudi families to 70%. The company is working to deliver thousands of diverse housing units that meet the aspirations of various segments of society, with a focus on quality of life and sustainability standards.

The “Rehab Al Asala” project offers a variety of residential options spread across a vast area exceeding 342,000 square meters. The units are designed to meet the needs of modern families, adhering to the highest quality standards in finishing. Each unit comes equipped with a kitchen, split air conditioning units, and fully complies with the specifications of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). The project also provides an integrated community environment that includes sports clubs, swimming pools, and hospitality halls to foster social connections.
In contrast, the "Wahaj Al Asala" project spans over 270,000 square meters, offering a mix of villas and townhouses with modern architectural designs. This selection provides clients with the flexibility to choose a home that suits their family size and needs, within a private urban environment that offers all essential and recreational services.

The two projects enjoy a prime strategic location southwest of Riyadh, near prominent landmarks such as King Salman Air Base and the Technical College.
