The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the Future Real Estate Forum 2026. The two sides were represented in signing this agreement by His Excellency the Vice President of Shared Services at NHC, Mr. Yazid Al-Nafisah, and His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports for Sports Facilities, Engineer Thamer Basanbal, amidst the presence of a select group of experts and those interested in real estate and sports affairs.
