Introduction: Enhancing the experience of pilgrims

At the heart of the Hajj pilgrimage, undertaken by millions of Muslims annually, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's ongoing efforts to provide the utmost comfort and safety for the pilgrims stand out. Within the framework of the Kingdom's comprehensive transformation under Vision 2030, specifically the "Guests of God Service Program," the "Nusk Enaya" centers initiative is a cornerstone for enhancing services offered to pilgrims, transforming their journey into a seamless and integrated spiritual experience by combining human guidance with cutting-edge smart technologies.

General context: From traditional service to digital transformation

Historically, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has placed paramount importance on serving pilgrims performing Hajj and Umrah. Over time, these services have evolved from traditional methods to an integrated system based on meticulous planning and advanced technology. The launch of the “Nusk” platform and the “Nusk Care” field centers represents a qualitative leap in this process, aiming to provide a seamless digital experience for pilgrims from the moment they plan their trip in their home countries until they complete their rituals and return safely. These centers bridge the gap between the digital world and the on-the-ground reality, ensuring that support and guidance reach every pilgrim at every step.

These field centers are strategically located in key areas of the holy sites, operating around the clock to provide support, answer inquiries, and respond to humanitarian needs. They are distributed across Mina and the holy sites through more than 239 fixed centers and mobile field points, ensuring wide coverage and easy access for pilgrims in all their locations.
