Palestinian pilgrim Ahmed Mahmoud said, “The Hajj journey was smooth from the beginning, and the improvements we witnessed in services and organization reflect the Kingdom’s stature and leadership in serving the Two Holy Mosques. This is a kingdom of goodness and generosity that has never failed us, and we ask God to perpetuate security and prosperity in this land.”.

Hajjah Umm Alaa, who had performed Hajj before, confirmed that her experience this year was completely different. She said, “We have been overwhelmed with happiness from the moment we were received until we were taken to the holy sites. The services are excellent and the hospitality is beyond expectation. I have performed Hajj in the past, but this year is different in every sense of the word. The scene is magnificent and words cannot describe it.”.
Organizational efforts in line with Vision 2030
