The Minister of Interior directs the promotion of 1008 members of the Facilities Security Forces

In accordance with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, the Commander of the Facilities Security Forces, Major General Engineer Saad bin Abdulaziz Al-Mughaisib, issued administrative decisions to promote 1008 members of the forces to the ranks following their current ranks, in various administrative, field and technical specialties.
This step comes as an extension of the unlimited support that the security sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia receive from the wise leadership, and out of the Ministry of Interior’s keenness to strengthen human resources and support them functionally and morally in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of security performance.
The importance of facility security forces and their vital role
These promotions are particularly important given the pivotal role played by the Facilities Security Forces in the national security system. These forces are responsible for protecting vital national assets, including petroleum and industrial facilities, power plants, and desalination plants, which form the backbone of the national economy. Enhancing job security for personnel in this sector is a fundamental pillar for ensuring the continued efficiency of security operations, especially in light of the industrial and developmental expansion the Kingdom is witnessing under Vision 2030.
The impact of promotions on security performance
Military promotions are among the most important morale boosters for security personnel, motivating them to exert greater effort and dedication. They also reflect official recognition of efforts made in the field and open new horizons for professional and leadership development for promoted individuals, positively impacting the quality of security operations and military discipline.
Thanks and appreciation to the leadership
In this context, Major General Engineer Saad Al-Mughaisib expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation to the wise leadership – may God support them – and to His Highness the Minister of Interior, for their keen interest in and close attention to the affairs of security personnel in all sectors. He affirmed that this continuous support serves as a strong incentive for members of the forces to perform their duties to the fullest extent.
The Commander of the Facilities Security Forces congratulated the promoted personnel, asking God Almighty to make this promotion an aid to them in obeying Him, and an incentive to exert more dedication and sincerity in serving the religion, then the King and the country, wishing them success in their future tasks.
