Remarkable success for the Ramadan charity initiative
The Qatif Governorate Municipality successfully concluded its "Basta Khair" initiative , held in the corridors of the traditional Mayas Market. This initiative marked a significant milestone in supporting street vendors and providing them with a sustainable, organized environment. With the active participation of 36 volunteers, the municipality was able to generate substantial economic and social activity, contributing to enhancing the quality of life and developing the local economy in the governorate, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

In this context, the Mayor of Qatif Governorate, Engineer Saleh Al-Qarni, affirmed that the initiative achieved all its objectives in providing organized platforms that support the stability of vendors. He pointed out that what has been accomplished represents an effective model of integrated work and community partnership. Engineer Al-Qarni revealed that the next phase will witness an expansion of initiatives supporting vendors, to solidify these experiences as developmental models that support national products.
