The authority clarified that the online portal will officially open for registration applications on Friday, the 3rd of Ramadan, 1447 AH, at 11:00 AM. Itikaf (seclusion in the mosque) during the last ten days of Ramadan is a confirmed Sunnah (Prophetic tradition) observed by Muslims worldwide.
