Riyadh Education Department: Distance learning will be implemented tomorrow, Monday, due to inclement weather
The Riyadh Education Department has issued an official decision to switch to distance learning for tomorrow, Monday, 24 Jumada al-Thani 1447 AH. The school day will be conducted via the "My School" platform for male and female students, as well as other approved educational platforms for all grade levels.
The administration clarified that this decision includes all male and female students in public, private, and international schools, as well as all teaching and administrative staff. The decision covers the geographical area of Riyadh and its affiliated educational districts: (Al-Majma'ah, Al-Ghat, Al-Zulfi, Al-Dawadmi, Al-Quway'iyah, Afif, and Shaqra). This precautionary measure comes in response to reports from the National Center of Meteorology and as part of the relevant authorities' commitment to everyone's safety in light of the expected weather fluctuations.
