The meeting witnessed the presentation of congratulations to the wise leadership - may God support them - on behalf of the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and on behalf of all members of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the occasion of the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, praying to God that He may bring it back to the Kingdom, its leadership and its people with goodness, prosperity and blessings.

This reception is in line with the long-standing diplomatic traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the leadership and its representatives in the regional emirates are keen to maintain continuous communication with international representatives on religious and national occasions. This meeting reflects the depth of the diplomatic relations that bind the Kingdom to various countries around the world, and the pivotal role that Riyadh plays as a political and diplomatic capital, hosting broad representation from different continents and geographical groups.

These periodic meetings at the Qasr Al-Hukm (Governor's Palace), a historical and administrative landmark in the capital, underscore the great importance the Riyadh Region Governorate places on strengthening ties of friendship and international cooperation.

For his part, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz expressed his thanks and appreciation to everyone for their kind sentiments and sincere prayers during this holy month, asking God Almighty to accept everyone’s fasting and prayers, and to bring this great Islamic occasion back to the Arab and Islamic nations and the whole world with security, stability and prosperity, stressing the strength of the relations that unite the Kingdom with sisterly and friendly countries.
