The context of digital transformation and its impact on quality of life
This achievement is not merely a statistic; it represents a qualitative leap in the concept of healthcare delivery in the Kingdom. The "Sahlat" service is part of an integrated system aimed at automating healthcare procedures, directly contributing to improving the patient experience and reducing wasted time and effort. The transition from paper-based transactions and waiting in lines to instant digital services is a cornerstone of the Ministry of Health's strategy to enhance the efficiency of medical facilities.
This growth is particularly significant in the province of Unaizah, where King Saud Hospital is a key healthcare institution in the region. Experts confirm that the 82% usage rate indicates a rise in digital awareness within the community and the hospital's success in gaining the trust of its patients by providing stable and effective technological solutions.
The future of healthcare services in Qassim
This announcement reinforces the ongoing efforts of the Qassim Health Cluster to develop its digital infrastructure and strive to achieve the highest levels of beneficiary satisfaction. The coming period is expected to witness a further expansion of services offered under the "Sahlat" platform, encompassing specialized fields and remote consultations, thus strengthening the Kingdom's position as a leader in digital health across the Middle East.
