A historical legacy of serving the guests of God

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has had the honor of serving the Two Holy Mosques and organizing the Hajj pilgrimage since its founding, a task considered an integral part of its identity and mission. Over the decades, the Kingdom has dedicated all its material and human resources to developing the infrastructure of the Holy Sites and expanding the Two Holy Mosques, with the aim of accommodating the increasing numbers of pilgrims and providing them with the utmost comfort and safety. The success of each Hajj season is the culmination of a year-long effort of planning and coordination between various governmental and private sectors, reflecting the Kingdom's deep and accumulated experience in managing the world's largest religious gathering.

An integrated system for exceptional success

Prince Saud bin Mishaal explained that the exceptional success of this Hajj season was the result of the combined efforts of all participating entities. Security sectors implemented well-structured plans to ensure the safety of pilgrims and regulate their movement within the holy sites, while the Ministry of Health provided comprehensive medical care through a network of hospitals and field health centers. Modern technologies, such as the "Nusk" smart card and digital applications, played a pivotal role in streamlining procedures and providing guidance to pilgrims, demonstrating the integration of efforts in a display that reflects the Kingdom's ability to manage crowds efficiently and effectively.

Dimensions of success and its global impact

The success of the Hajj season extends beyond the local level, impacting the entire Muslim world. It reinforces the Kingdom's position as the heart and leader of the Islamic world, sending a message of reassurance to the world about its ability to secure this fifth pillar of Islam. This success also represents a significant economic driver, aligning with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the Hajj and Umrah experience. His Highness emphasized that the success of this season is not the end, but rather the beginning of new responsibilities and a renewed commitment each year to maintain these achievements and provide the best possible service to the pilgrims.
