This participation underscores the Kingdom's pivotal role in promoting international peace and security, and its continued commitment to an active presence at major global forums.

The Kingdom's delegation participating in the conference includes a distinguished group of political and security leaders, reflecting the Kingdom's comprehensive view of the modern concept of security. His Excellency Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Member of the Council of Ministers, and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, is participating, underscoring the Kingdom's commitment to addressing climate change as an integral part of global security. The delegation also includes His Excellency Majid bin Mohammed Al-Mazyad, Governor of the National Cybersecurity Authority, highlighting the importance of digital and cybersecurity in modern warfare and the protection of critical infrastructure.
