In a remarkable sporting achievement reflecting the development of individual sports in the Kingdom, the Saudi national team secured first place in the overall standings of the West Asian Modern Pentathlon Championship. The championship recently concluded at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, where the Saudi athletes dominated the competition, amassing a staggering 128 medals: 42 gold, 43 silver, and 43 bronze. This impressive performance underscores the high level of preparedness and promising future of this sport in the Kingdom.
