The National Center for Meteorology in Saudi Arabia issued weather indicating expectations of moderate rainfall with potential impacts ranging from flash floods to hail in parts of the Asir region. The center explained in its daily report that this weather pattern will continue until 8:00 PM this evening, urging citizens and residents in those areas to take precautions.

According to the meteorological statement, the rainfall is concentrated particularly in the governorates of Rijal Alma and Mahayil , where it is expected to be accompanied by strong winds leading to near-zero horizontal visibility, in addition to the possibility of thunderstorms and hail. These warnings come as part of the ongoing monitoring of the weather fluctuations affecting the southwestern highlands of the Kingdom during this period.

The weather forecast is not limited to Asir; the National Center for Meteorology's report also indicates continued chances of thunderstorms accompanied by active winds and hail in parts of Jazan, Al-Baha, and Makkah , with the effects extending to the southern parts of the Madinah region.
